I ordered a custom door through Delco and their crew installed it. I did the full brick to brick installation. I ordered a custom colour and the match was perfect. My new door looks fabulous. I am very particular and I must say the sales staff put up with me. Lol. My only caution is the installers are very good, but they’re only concerned about getting the door installed correctly. If you have custom door accessories like a ring doorbell or a security system be prepared to install it yourself, or have someone else lined up to reinstall them. Finally, just a word about custom trim. If your replacing a legacy door (brick to brick) in all likelihood the trim will get damaged during the installation. So be prepared to have the trim replaced or have someone in to repair and paint it. ~ Ron v

I purchased a front door and a window from Delco. I chose them based on their positive reviews, so it’s only fair that I reiterate how great this company is to work with. Not only are their products great, very sold and high quality, but I was so pleased with the customer service. Everything was exactly on time and communication was great. As I was travelling a lot, they accommodated my change of installation dates twice without hesitation. Further, my window screen was a little too tight to remove and replace easily which I only noticed a few weeks after installation. They quickly came back and replaced the screen. So their customer care continues after all payments have been made, which is appreciated. I highly recommend Delco Windows & Door. ~ Jane G

It's been about three months since we've had our door installed by Delco and we are very pleased with how great it looks and functions. It's a nice solid thump when it closes. :) Everyone that has come by has always commented on how beautiful it looks as well. This was a brick to brick install and the installation guys were great and the outside is perfect with how well they blended everything. Delco was also very accommodating in the beginning when they were helping us pick out the door and meeting with us off hours due to our busy work schedules. The only downside was that our door was delayed by two months due to the manufacturer messing up but was not the fault of Delco and they did help us out a bit to compensate us for our troubles. Will definitely look to them again in the future if we need new doors or windows. ~ Jose R

Delco did a significant instal of windows and doors in our home. The final result was beautiful and the installers were very professional and kind. The quality of work was of the highest standard and they were careful to not damage any interior finishings ( such as already renovated areas, hardwood floors, or sensitive marble finishes near window trims). Nothing went wrong and the product itself looks great and works great. During design, the core Delco team walked us through all options and recommended to us different window and door types and finishes based on our style interest. Delco is always responsive. And especially thank you to the extremely professional, clean and friendly crew of installers. Everything was as promised, the men arrived on time, their work was immaculate and complete, their craftsmanship beyond reproach. Our new entrance door was installed very quickly, foamed and trimmed both inside and outside, and they even tidied up before they left, leaving us with a small paint bottle for eventual touchups and scratches. I contacted Delco via E-mail based on recommendations from this site. A representative responded immediately and provided an accurate quote based on the measurements I gave him. I ordered the doors followed by a visit from the installer who took the accurate measurements. The installation person was excellent and the doors were installed in less than half a day with no issues. The work was top notch. The doors themselves are of a very high quality and feel quite solid when you open and close them. I reached out to Edan Sher from Delco Windows and Doors to quote on a new front door. Edan came recommended by a trusted friend. I met with Edan at his showroom, it was easy and straightforward. He's very knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. He understood my needs and expectations. I placed the order and was given an installation date. To my suprise the door was even installed ahead of the promised delivery date. My wife and I were so happy with the finished product and how amazing the new front door looks... I've worked with Edan and Delco on two different jobs on two different houses. Both times, it's been great working with them. The install and windows are of good quality, and the interaction has always been very positive. The houses and previous windows were both old, and removing them had the potential to cause damage in the walls due to lack of proper seal / rot, but the install team very cleanly removed the old windows and installed the new windows without any damage. I had windows and a front door installed by Delco in May of this year. Eden, the owner of the company was very professional, quick and efficient and was very timely in presenting very detailed measurements and estimate. His installers were great. They did an amazing job, both outside and inside the house finishing everything off beautifully. It was easy working with Edan to have my door ordered. He had a good suggestion on the door color which we ended up with choosing. There was a slight a week delay on door manufacturing, but once the door is available, the installer arrived on time per communicated window. They did a great and professional job installing the door and the locker. Igor also offered us options on the caulking color and inside door trim style. Always good when there are options! We are thrilled with our new Delco front door! We had received a quote from a couple of other companies but most of them send a salesperson to your house, which sounds convenient but being able to go to Delco's showroom and actually see and touch the product is completely worth it. We learned much more about various options and through our conversation with the owner, decided on the best door for us. Delco Windows and doors replaced two doors for us, two years apart. On both occasions, Ayal and Edan were extremely helpful. On the first occasion, I was very unsure and they were able to guide us through choosing the style of the door to suit the front of our house as well as all the hardware and security necessary. Their suggestions were invaluable and door two was a breeze! The installation team was excellent and the work was very professional. The installer went above and beyond both times and because of his excellent work, we did not have the additional expense of hiring a carpenter. It is apparent that Ayal and Edan are trustworthy individuals with great integrity. We would recommend Delco to anyone replacing doors or windows since they are wonderful to work with and they provide excellent and professional service! Update: Door number three, a double garage door for the back entrance of our garage was ordered and installed without a hitch! After receiving multiple outrageous visits and quotes from those big name Window companies, I was fortunate enough to get a recommendation from my neighbour about Delco Windows and Doors. Not only was their price estimate reasonable, but their window consultant was extremely knowledgeable and quick and to the point. No high pressure nonsense and song and dance taking 1 to 2 hours like those other guys, they were in and out in 20 minutes after getting my requirements, 3 windows and 1 patio door, and taking some quick rough measurements. He emailed me a very detailed and simple estimate the next day. The best part of this whole process was the installation, the team showed up as promised, took their time and completed the job even better than expected. It really is amazing to see the completed work and just how amazing something as simple as a window or door can change the look and feel of your home. My only worry is that I won’t be able to complete another project I want them to do because word will get out in this neighbourhood about the great value and quality these guys offer. ~ Roscoe O

Our installer Nikola was fantastic took time to install the windows correctly and they look great. We went with the slimline vinyl windows (black on outside and white inside). I had my front door replaced about 3 years ago. I must admit, these guys have been great. I haven't work a company that has such a great customer serve, they are the best. I have had a couple of issues, very small one. When I call they they respond right away. I would definitely buy from them again. I wanted slim profile windows and fiberglass clad doors with no maintenance. After a horrible quote experience with a major fiberglass manufacturer I looked for an alternative. My Google search came up with a 'Slimline' vinyl product that was part of a line carried by Delco Windows and Doors. After viewing the website my wife and I went to the Delco showroom where we first met Edan Sher. He turned out have the perfect combination of expertise and knowledge of the products he carried and was also not the 'hard sell' kind of guy we hate. Ultimately, after receiving his quote and going over some concerns we had, the next step was to meet his installer Nikola as well as a recommended sub-trade to modify our main opening. After meeting with everyone involved we had all the confidence we needed to proceed. When the installation date approached, the project was perfectly coordinated by Delco. And when the windows and doors arrived along with the installation and contractor crews, we were not disappointed.
